My desire as a Woman Charter Captain is to teach women that they can have an enjoyable & productive
day on the water. I have been fishing the waters of Oak Island for 15 yrs. or more and have made this my life on Oak Island. I do and will take men and children fishing. It's not that I only want to take women, but through teaching women's seminars I have found there is a need to teach other women to fish. Most of us start fishing with our Dad, Grandpa or husband and though that is great, men seem to be low on patience when it comes to teaching us. In a lot of ways I understand, because when you do get the time to go fishing thats what you want to do. I can help you learn the basics of tying your on rigs, baiting your own hooks, which rods and tackle to use, getting your own bait and where to fish. I cannot guarantee fish (no one can) but I can tell you that the next time you get in a boat with someone you will be more comfortable and self sufficient, which means everyone will be fishing and having fun and this makes your trip more productive. More knowledge, more fish!
